Cleaning fee of $195 is required.

Hawaii and County of Maui GE tax and TAT of 17.25% will be added to the rental rate.

A 30% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in.

Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to check in receive a full refund, minus $50 administrative fee. Cancellations between 60 and 15 days prior to check in, receive a 50% refund. No refunds given for cancellations 14 days or less, prior to check in. It is recommended guests purchase travel insurance.
