Spring/Summer - If you prefer to book for the spring or summer months the rates from April 15th to December 14th are from $145.00/night.

Winter Rates - Maui Oceanfront condo rental rates December 15th to April 14th are from $175/night.

*Higher rates will apply at certain holidays and times of the year.

An additional $10 per person per night will apply to the rate for our Maui Oceanfront condo if more than two guests will be staying.

Cleaning fee for the condos is:

$130.00 for the 1BR

Hawaii State Taxes of 13.42% will be added to the condo rental rates

Reserve our Maui oceanfront condo for winter dates now and save. Discounts available on monthly rentals. We encourage you to call for availability of last minute cancellation specials.

We request a $300 deposit at the time you book the condo and the balance paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation charge. A 50% cancellation Fee applies to cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
